To make road-legal plates we need to confirm your entitlement to this registration. Please upload a clear photo of one of the following:
- Your driving licence
- Log book (V5C)
- Certificate of entitlement (V750 – pink side)
- Certificate of authorisation (V498 / V498E)
- Retention certificate (V778 – green side)
