Custom-made products

Every plate we make is a bespoke, personalised item produced to your exact registration and specification. For this reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to correctly-made custom plates. Please double-check your registration and options before ordering.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your plates are faulty, not as described, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

If something is wrong

• Our mistake— if we make an error with your plates, we'll put it right and remake them free of charge.
• Faulty or damaged — please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
• Damaged in transit — report any delivery damage to us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.

What isn't refundable

We're unable to refund or exchange correctly-made custom plates simply because you have changed your mind or entered the wrong registration, as the item was made specifically for you.

How to make a claim

Please email info@number-plate-studio.co.uk or call 07796 568434 with your order number and details of the problem. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
