These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Number Plate Studio ("we", "us", "our") through https://number-plate-studio.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and contract

When you place an order and complete payment, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed once we accept and begin making your order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if we cannot verify your entitlement to a registration, or if we suspect the order may be unlawful.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on the website and confirmed at checkout. Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the time of ordering. We take care to ensure pricing is accurate but reserve the right to correct obvious errors.

Road-legal plates

As a DVLA-registered number plate supplier, we are legally required to confirm your identity and your entitlement to the registration before supplying road-legal plates. You must provide valid documentation when requested (for example a driving licence, V5C, V750, V498/V498E or V778). It is your responsibility to ensure you are entitled to display the registration on your vehicle. Road-legal plates must be manufactured to British Standard and displayed in accordance with DVLA regulations.

Show plates

Show plates are supplied for off-road display purposes only and are not road-legal. It is an offence to display them on a vehicle used on public roads. By ordering show plates you confirm you understand and accept this.

Delivery and collection

We aim to make and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. You may also choose to collect free of charge from our premises in Hayes.

Cancellations and returns

As our plates are custom-made, please see our Refund Policy for full details of your rights and our returns process.

Liability

We are not liable for any misuse of plates supplied by us, nor for any loss arising from incorrect information you provide. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
